What determines the cost of a website?
Cost depends on the work involved, not just the page count. A compact business website is a different project from a multilingual web application. We scope these factors for your proposal:

- Implementation: design, content migration and agreed testing.
- Ongoing costs: hosting, external services and maintenance listed separately.
Hosting and ongoing support
Launching is only part of the technical work. We can also host your site and agree on the maintenance, backups and support your project needs. Infrastructure and ongoing work are tailored to the application, with the included services set out in the proposal.

Clear page addresses, descriptive titles, accessible content and internal links provide a technical SEO foundation. We can combine development with SEO and GEO to work on your visibility. A new website alone does not guarantee rankings: content, competition and ongoing improvements also matter.

How much does a website cost?
The scope of the site, design, content and required features determine the cost. Following an initial discussion, we prepare a proposal for your needs. Hosting and ongoing support are considered separately.
Can you improve an existing website?
Yes. We first review the existing technology and your goals, then decide together whether targeted improvements or a rebuild would be more appropriate.
How long does it take to build a website?
The timeline depends on features, available content and review stages. We agree on a schedule after scoping the work. Missing copy, images or approvals can delay launch, so we identify those dependencies early.
Can I update text and images myself?
Yes, when an appropriate content management system is part of the project. We agree on the areas your team should edit. Custom features and substantial design changes may still need development work.
What happens to my domain and existing search rankings?
For a redesign, we review existing page addresses and plan redirects where needed. Domain and email arrangements are considered separately. We avoid unnecessary address changes, but cannot guarantee that existing search positions will remain unchanged.
Does the project include hosting and ongoing SEO?
Not automatically. Development includes consideration of technical SEO foundations. Hosting, website maintenance and ongoing search optimization are scoped separately in the proposal, with recurring costs made clear.
